Project Overview

Best Byte is an AI automation company focused on helping businesses streamline operations through intelligent systems and automation. After previously working with the team on refining parts of their existing Framer website, they decided to move forward with a complete redesign and rebuild. A designer was brought onboard to create the new visual direction in Figma, while my role was to transform those designs into a fully functional and scalable Framer website.

The project involved far more than simply recreating the designs. One of the biggest challenges with their previous website was the CMS structure, which made it difficult for the team to manage content, add new team members, update reviews, and scale the website efficiently. Rebuilding the CMS properly became one of the top priorities to ensure the site could grow alongside the business while remaining easy for the team to manage internally.

A major feature of the project was the development of a custom 3-step AI Scan form experience. This required a heavily customised coded solution connected through webhooks and APIs, allowing submitted data to be processed automatically before personalised reports were generated and emailed directly to users. Additional support was also provided for analytics, cookie consent integration, and conversion tracking to ensure accurate performance and user data across the website.

The Result

The final result was a polished, conversion-focused website that not only elevated the Best Byte brand visually, but also delivered a significantly smoother and more professional user experience. From the CMS structure to the custom integrations, every aspect of the build was carefully tested and refined to ensure scalability, reliability, and ease of use for both the client and their users.
